Q. What is the store currency in?
A: USD!

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes I do! Except to Russia currently

Q. Which courier service do you use?
A. Singpost, however when it arrives to your country, your local postal service will assign their own.

Q. Where are the items shipping out from?
A. Singapore!

Q. Do the shipping come with tracking?
A. Yes! All mailing cost includes shipping. 

Q. Can we combine orders?
A: From this store launch going forward, only max of 2 orders can be combined! 
This is to ensure that it’s a fair experience for everyone trying to grab merch !

Q: Will sold out items return on your store?

A: It is a little hard to tell. Unique items like milk carton charms, liquid charms etc will have a maximum of 2 runs, and maybe 3 if only there are a lot of requests. 

Plushies and bags will never have another preorder, as their MOQ is extremely high to fulfill. Please make sure you keep an eye out for preorders to avoid disappointment ><
